A: Consider where you will use the refrigerator, the available power sources, the installation space, and the storage capacity you need.
For RVs or small spaces, a compact 3-way model may be more suitable. For cabins, farms, or off-grid homes, a larger propane and AC model may provide more storage. Please also check the product dimensions, ventilation requirements, and available power sources before purchasing.

A: A 2-way propane refrigerator typically operates on propane gas or 110V AC electricity, while a 3-way model can operate on propane, 110V AC, or 12V DC power. Only one power source should be used at a time.
A 3-way refrigerator offers greater flexibility for RVs and mobile use, while a 2-way model is often suitable for cabins, farms, and off-grid homes. Power options may vary by model, so please check the product specifications before purchasing.
A: Yes. Models equipped with a propane mode can operate independently on propane without an AC or DC power connection. Depending on the model, batteries may be required for the ignition system or interior light.
When using propane mode, disconnect the other power sources and ensure that the refrigerator is properly installed, level, and adequately ventilated. Always follow the instructions in the product manual.
A: Check the product dimensions listed on the product page and measure the height, width, and depth of your available space. Remember to allow additional room for ventilation, door opening, gas and electrical connections, and access to the controls.
You should also measure doorways, hallways, stairs, and other delivery access points to make sure the refrigerator can be moved into place. Do not install a gas refrigerator in a fully enclosed cabinet unless the installation meets the ventilation requirements in the product manual.

2. Product Use, Installation & Safety
A: Yes. Absorption refrigerators rely on the natural circulation of refrigerant and must remain properly leveled, especially during operation. An uneven installation may reduce cooling performance or prevent the refrigerator from cooling correctly.
A: Adequate ventilation must be provided around the refrigerator, particularly at the back and top, so heat can escape. Clearance requirements vary by model, so please follow the installation dimensions and ventilation instructions in the product manual.
A: Cooling and ignition performance may decrease at high elevations because of reduced oxygen levels. If the refrigerator will be used at a high altitude, please contact us with the model number and elevation before purchasing so we can confirm whether the model is suitable.
A: It depends on the installation. For permanent use in an RV, cabin, or other enclosed space, external venting is strongly recommended to direct heat and combustion gases outdoors. Local codes or the product manual may also require a flue vent kit.
In a spacious, well-ventilated area, a flue kit may not always be necessary, but proper clearance and ventilation must be maintained. Always install a carbon monoxide detector when operating the refrigerator on propane indoors.
Please check your model’s manual and consult a qualified gas technician before installation.
A: An absorption refrigerator normally cools more slowly than a compressor refrigerator. Initial cooling may take approximately 8–12 hours. For best results, start the refrigerator empty, keep the door closed, and allow it to reach the desired temperature before adding food.
A: Absorption refrigerators do not use a traditional compressor, so they operate almost silently. You may occasionally hear slight fluid-flow sounds or minor noises caused by the expansion and contraction of materials.
3. Orders & Payment
A: We accept American Express, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
A: Please verify your billing address, card information, available balance, and bank authorization. You can also try another payment method or contact your bank. If the problem continues, contact us with a screenshot of the error message, but do not send your complete card details.
A: Please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us with your name, email address, and approximate order time.
A: Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before shipment, but once the order has been processed or collected by the carrier, an address change may not be possible and additional carrier fees may apply.
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped. Interception or return shipping charges may apply.
A: Enter the discount code in the designated field during checkout and select “Apply.” Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes generally cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
A: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address within our service area when placing your order.
A: Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within our standard delivery area. Additional charges may apply to remote locations, special delivery services, address changes, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
A: Orders are normally shipped from one of our U.S. warehouses, depending on product availability and the delivery address. Some accessories or replacement parts may be shipped separately or directly from another warehouse.
A: We use carriers such as FedEx and freight delivery companies, depending on the product’s size, weight, warehouse location, and destination.
A: Once the order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier collects the package.
A: For large appliances shipped by freight, the carrier may call or text you to arrange a delivery appointment. Please ensure that the telephone number entered with the order is correct and available.
A: Inspect the packaging and appliance before or immediately after delivery. Take clear photos of the outer carton, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged areas. Contact us as soon as
5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
A: Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Please contact us for authorization before returning any product.
A: Contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for the request, and clear photos or videos when applicable. Do not ship the product back without return authorization and confirmed return instructions.
A: For a confirmed product defect or shipping damage, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution. For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.
A: Refunds are normally processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Once issued, the time required for the funds to appear depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
A: Our refrigerators come with a 1-year warranty on the complete unit and a 5-year warranty on core cooling components. Please refer to the relevant product page for specific warranty terms or contact us with your model and order number for assistance.
