FAQ-Gas Refrigerator
Our gas refrigerators are designed to operate on both gas and electricity, but only one power source can be used at a time. When the refrigerator is running on gas mode, it is essential to completely disconnect the electrical power. From ignition to operation, the refrigerator relies entirely on gas. The ignition system and internal lights are powered by batteries. Therefore, the gas refrigerator can function completely independently using gas.
Our gas refrigerators use an absorption refrigeration system, which operates without a compressor. As a result, the refrigerator runs almost silently, ensuring there is minimal noise disturbance and no noise pollution during operation.
Please note that gas refrigerators have specific installation space requirements, particularly for proper ventilation. For safety and optimal performance, we do not recommend installing the gas fridge in a fully enclosed cabinet. If your installation space is limited, we advise leaving a gap of 8-15 cm at the top and back of the refrigerator to allow for sufficient airflow. Additionally, we recommend installing a ventilation hole to further improve air circulation. This will not only enhance the efficiency of the refrigerator but also help reduce energy consumption.
If you are installing the gas refrigerator under a counter, we highly recommend installing a gas flue vent kit to ensure proper ventilation. However, if the refrigerator is placed in a well-ventilated open space, the installation of this accessory is not required.
Shipping and Delivery
We partner with four trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives on time: UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Truck services (including Pilot, CEVA, and others).
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. We have warehouses located on the West Coast, South, and East Coast of the U.S., and your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. For larger refrigerators (≥185L), delivery will require scheduling a truck shipment, which generally takes 5-10 business days.
If you have strict delivery requirements, please contact us via inbox or email before placing your order, and we will arrange expedited shipping for you.
The products can be delivered to the most of states in America except Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands and military zones.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available in your “Order Details” page. Additionally, you can track your order through our website by clicking Order Tracking.Simply enter your order number and registered email to follow your shipment's progress.
Generally, orders cannot be scheduled for delivery on a specific date, except for truck shipments. For truck deliveries, the driver will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time for you to sign for the package. Please ensure your phone is accessible so you can coordinate with the driver.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the estimated delivery time using the tracking number, allowing you to plan ahead for receipt. If you are unable to accept the delivery when the courier arrives, they will leave the package at your doorstep or in your yard.
Payment and Order

If your order has been paid but has not yet shipped, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. We would be happy to assist you with canceling the order and issuing a full refund. Please note that orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
If the order has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel it. However, you are welcome to return the unopened products and we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned items. Kindly note that the shipping costs (both ways) will be the responsibility of the customer.
After-Sale Service
If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon receiving the product, please sign for the package first. Then, kindly take clear photos of the following:
1> All four sides of the outer packaging
2> The shipping label on the package
3> The damaged area of the product after unboxing
The more detailed and clear the images, the better it will help us process any compensation claims.
We offer two solutions for shipping damage:
1> If the damage does not affect the product's functionality, you may receive a partial refund.
2> If the damage affects the product's functionality, we will provide a free return and replacement.
